Hey, Soren!

November 21, 2025 By admin

December inches closer. Christmas music in the stores. Do you hear it yet? I have. The season is on us again. Hanukkah’s happening when I’m already home, so at least I don’t have to use fake candles and my phone flashlight again. How are you doing? Is school going alright?

Anyway, I had a date with a girl but wasn’t really feeling it. That’s why I was freaking out last week. Anxiety. And also a French kiss I did not expect or know how to deal with. Because I hadn’t done that before. It was, um, very middle school. She was also very fast and intense which made me uncomfortable. But that’s over now and I can concentrate on schoolwork again like the nerd I am at heart.

Other than that, it snowed on Wednesday! It was very exciting. It didn’t stick, but it lasted awhile and the flakes were very big. Has it snowed at home yet? As I remember it usually doesn’t till December and January.

From inside class. Everybody and the professor was taking a moment to go “woahhh”

All around, it’s been uneventful. I’m just trying to work so I can come home in December. After winter assignments are done I’d like to do something fun like visit the V&A in London, so if I do that, I will send pictures. I love you, Soren. I always will.

With love,

Alice

Letters from Sister

May’s almost over now. That means school’s probably almost done for you. Congratulations! One year of college! The hard transitional part is over. It’s pretty smooth sailing from here as long as you keep on top of assignments. I like to camp out in the library about that. And drink coffee, but you got to…

How are you doing this week? I’m quite tired. But I always am. I went to a special little place next to Cambridge to do some dry cleaning for the vintage coat I want to wear to Phantom of the Opera in June (cat got into closet. Scratched up special anti-moth plastic bag. Peed on…

How’s it going? I’m still not used to the website. It’s very weird here. Buttons I am scared to press. This week had only one notable event: I finished my last assignment. Now it’s time for the waiting game. My grades are good enough that I’m guaranteed to graduate, so I’m not worried about that….
